How We Design Your Site: The Design Process
Initial Consultation
If you are based in the Plymouth area we can arrange to meet you and discuss your project in person. If not then we will arrange to contact you via e-mail or at a convenient time via telephone.
The initial consultation will help us clarify exactly what you require for your web site and we may be able to suggest ideas you hadn't already considered.
Once we have this information we will provide you with specific details on project timelines and cost information.

Stage 1 : Initial design testing
During Stage 1 we will design and test possible implementations for your site. This will involve testing colour schemes, page layouts, and content layout. We will provide you with a temporary web address which will allow you to view your web site online throughout the design process.
We will need as much information from you as we can at this stage. Any text, photographs or perhaps even a logo will help to shape the design/colour scheme of the site.

Stage 2 : Production, further testing and editing
Once you are happy with the general layout we continue
building the rest of the site.
This involves creating the site structure, including the photos and content where necessary and testing any multi media elements that may be required. Any graphics, logos or Flash animations are also designed at this stage.
You will be updated at regular intervals during stage 2 as it is imperative the project heads in the right direction.

Stage 3 : Delivery and training
Upon approval of the final version we upload your site to the chosen web address. If you require help with domain registration and a hosting package we can help with this also (see our guide here).
We understand the need for web site updates once your site is online. We can help with this in two ways. If you are confident enough to try it yourself we will train you to update your own site. If not, then we provide an ongoing content management service that can add updates as and when you require them.
