I established Retro Edge Web Design in mid 2007 to offer an affordable design service to the local area (Plymouth, Devon). Specialising in custom web and graphic design, my portfolio of work covers a varied clientele, from businesses to sports coaching.
I cover mainly the Devon and Cornwall areas although have worked on several web sites further afield. I have put the following web site together for two reasons. Firstly, to showcase my own work and to offer my web and graphic design skills to anyone who may need them. Secondly, to provide an information resource to anyone who is interested in web design or who may be thinking of having a site designed for themselves.

Volkshop
Volkshop offer automotive repair on Volkswagen, Audi, Seat and Skoda vehicles. The original Volkshop web site was badly in need of updating having not been touched in several years, I was approached to give the site a new lease of life with a stylish and simplistic design.
Peninsula Publications Ltd
Peninsula Publications currently publish the Plymouth Community Times magazine that is distributed at various locations throughout the city. Since January 2009 I have helped design their web site and various posters and flyers to help with the launch of the magazine.
Never Paint Again
I have had a close working relationship with Never Paint Again since May 2008, they offer home improvement services including weatherproof wall coatings, building repair, rendering and repairing exterior walls, tyrolean wallcoatings, stone and brick paint and exterior wall paint.
Why do you need a website?
The benefits of a web site speak for themselves. A web site is accessible 24 hours a day to a global market. It is very cheap advertising, hosting for your site costs about £40 a year. Compare this to print media such as brochures and flyers and you'll soon notice a big difference in costs. It is a great way to show off and when designed efficiently can be a real asset to your company or business.
